Utility Assistance

If you have a shut-off notice and are struggling to pay your electric, heat (gas, fuel oil, propane, etc.), or water bill, please contact us at (814) 827-6613 to schedule an appointment.

Sources of funding for utility assistance include:

  • National Fuel – Neighbor for Neighbor Program
  • United Way of the Titusville Region
  • Generous Donors

In 2023, we secured $30,000 in funding to keep the lights, heat, and water on for individuals.

      • Helps support households facing a utility crisis by providing assistance and other services that lead to self-sufficiency.

    • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
      • Helps families living on low incomes pay their heating bills in the form of a cash grant. Households in immediate danger of being without heat can also qualify for crisis grants.

    • Lifeline is a federal program that lowers the monthly cost of phone or internet service.
