The Thrift Store provides free clothing and household items to clients monthly and is open to the general public for purchases.

June through August
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Saturdays (June 15, 29; July 13, 27; August 10, 24): 9:00am – 12:00pm
Sales from the Associated Charities Thrift Store are used to support client services throughout the year. The store has everything from clothing, shoes, books, games, household wares, furniture, seasonal decorations, knickknacks, and baby items.
Donations of new and gently used items are accepted. Items must be clean, free of tears/holes/pet hair. Donations are only accepted during business hours. Please see the list below of what we are accepting for donations. Donations may be tax deductible – contact us directly for more information.
Please DO NOT leave items outside the building after hours.






Donation Guidelines
Donations are accepted Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Seasonal items are accepted year-round.
- Clothing/Shoes/Boots
- Toys & Games – no missing pieces
- Books – Fiction & nonfiction; no textbooks or magazines
- Household items – silverware, glassware, dishes, cookware, small working appliances, towels & dish cloths
- Sheets/Blankets/Curtains
- Baby items abiding by current guidelines
- Electronics – No televisions, computers, phones, stereos
- Furniture – Please call ahead for details; pictures will be required prior to donation
Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard
This cupboard contains items for clients that help them stretch their benefits and dollars at the grocery store. Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard contains toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioners, deodorant, mouth wash, soap, cleaning products, and other bathroom and kitchen essentials.
Clients may select 3-4 items from the cupboard each month.
